About Us

On 4000 m2 of land in the village Barbat on the south end of the island Rab a unique Eco-Centre "Natura Rab" is being developed. It is a family business comprising of both production and sale, starting from growing autochthonous medicinal and cultivated herbs, bee-keeping and sale of our own produce right at our front door.
Our second shop is in the Duke's palace (Knezev dvor) - in the old town, on the square Municipium Arba. In both shops we have regular presentations, education, sale and tasting of all our products.

Development strategy

By keeping to our business credo of designing our own product and developing our own brand as an original eco-souvenir "Natura Rab", we are becoming a new product in the Croatian agro-tourism package.
By participating in ecological agriculture we want to be part of and an active participant in the process of setting up a sustainable agro-ecosystem. The production is an original family-run business.

About the Products

Production is a family-run business. We see our prospects in mobile ecological bee-keeping on the south part of island Rab village Barbat and on the sea-facing slopes of the mountain Kapela and the nature park Velebit.
The farming house, with its space and technology, integrates the process of gathering, enriching and packing honey and other agricultural produce.

Our production standards are realized through the HACCP program and the farming house becomes "the export object of the final product."

Currently we have two shops. The first, built in ambiant-style, is in Barbat, on the family farm "Natura Rab". The second is in the Duke's palace (Knezev dvor) - in the old town, on the square Municipium Arba. In both shops we have regular presentations, education, sale and tasting of all our products.
